The Old Thomians Matale 97’ Batch is the 1997 batch of the Alumni association of St Thomas College Matale and its well known as “97 Kalliya”
Since its establishment in 2008, we were able to form a network of past student at 1997 batch of school around the world. Currently over 150 member are actively connect with the association by various ways to get success of our organization.

Objective of the Association
To re unite and organize the members of the batch, to act for the welfare of the members and the family members of the members, to actively participate in the development of the mother school and in the event of the school, protect the mother school, to help and assist the mother school in various ways, to be connected with Old Thomians’ Association and to actively participate and organize social development activities.
Membership
All who entered St Thomas College Matale for grade 6 in 1989 and / or who entered to respective years starting grade 6 in 1989 to grade 13 in 1997
